What is my right size?
While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.
Is length/ size customization available?
We do not have any customization services available at the moment.
Can I try the product before buying?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store as of now where clients can try the items, all of our products are available on our website.
What are the Care Instructions on the T-shirt?
Machine wash works for all our tees. air-dry. avoid dry cleaning. Use cold water to avoid colour bleed & shrinkage. Do not iron the print directly.
How do our New Drops work?
We usually announce our upcoming designs and collections on our official Instagram account - @greyareaclothing_
We recommend following us on Instagram to stay updated with our latest releases and drops. Once the designs are announced, they are available to purchase on our website.
DELIVERY FAQ
Is International Shipping available?
Yes. Kindly share your full address with the pin code with us, we will get back with the international shipping charges.
Do you have a store pick up option?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store as of now where clients can visit & pick up, all of our products are available on our website.
When Can I expect my delivery?
We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 10 working days to get delivered.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping aggregation service. For international orders, we use a local courier service provider and will contact you personally on the tracking number for the same.
Where is my order shipped from?
All online orders are shipped from our shipment fulfilment in Mumbai, India.
Why is my order not delivered on the mentioneddate?
Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfil all orders that are confirmed.

ORDER RELATED FAQ
COD is available upto maximum of Rs. ?
As of now we do have COD upto maximum of Rs.10000. For orders more than Rs.10000 please do opt for prepaid options.
How do I get an order confirmation?
We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them, and you should have received an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there.
Can I change my delivery address?
Amendments in delivery address can be modified provided the order is in the “unfulfilled” status. Once the AWB is printed for an order, the changes cannot be modified. To do so, simply drop an email to greyareapparel@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91 9619650609 immediately with your order number and the changes to be made and the team will happily assist you.
How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

How can I pay for my order?
Online Purchases can be done through the following methods: CARD / RAZORPAY / UPI. (GOOGLE PAY/ PAYTM)
The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?
At our brand, we strive to provide our customers with exclusive and unique designs that stand out from the rest. as such, we do not restock designs or sizes once they are sold out. this ensures that our customers can enjoy the exclusivity of our brand and look forward to our next drop. Reach out to our Instagram to stay in touch regarding new arrivals.
Is there any size exchange available?
We have an exchange policy of 7 days from the date of receiving the product for online orders and date of billing for store purchases. You can go to the exchange portal on our website or reach out to us on mail within 7 days of receiving the item. Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
- The product/s are returned after use.
- The products are damaged.
- The products do not have all the tags.
How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 4-5 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank. Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. I received a faulty / damaged product, what to do?
Kindly drop in an email to greyareapparel@gmail.com with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the defects. Once confirmed, our
team will shoot an email back to you mentioning that your product will be recalled to the warehouse and will ship a fresh piece back to you.

Can I get a gst receipt for my order?
Yes, simply drop in an email or send us your request on whatsapp with your order and gst details to greyareapparel@gmail.com and the team will facilitate a gst invoice against your order.
